The Executive President summarized the content of the meeting, clarified the development purpose of the Chamber of Commerce and the core direction of China Australia traditional Chinese medicine cooperation, and laid a solid foundation for subsequent work.

The executive chairman of the meeting first reiterated the five major objectives of the Chamber of Commerce, anchoring the direction for development. One is resource integration, gathering internal and external resources to achieve complementary advantages and sharing; The second is to promote cooperation, build communication platforms, and promote industrial cooperation between China, Australia, and the international community; The third is to safeguard rights and interests, speak on behalf of members, and protect the legitimate interests of the industry and enterprises; The fourth is to improve standards and assist in the improvement of service quality and standardized development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry; The fifth is to spread culture, promote the culture of traditional Chinese medicine, and enhance international awareness and communication.

At the meeting, the advantages of China's main cooperative leaders and institutions were highlighted, providing strong support for China Australia cooperation. With the support of the national policy of "going global" for traditional Chinese medicine, the Chamber of Commerce will play a bridging role, promote the construction of cultural and dissemination bases, undertake activities such as "The Light of Inheritance", and create an international communication window for traditional Chinese medicine; Utilize Australian land resources to promote traditional Chinese medicine cultivation and supply chain projects, build a "production processing export" one-stop service, and connect with China's industrial chain; Combining China's "Traditional Chinese Medicine for Aging" policy with the advantages of Australia's elderly care industry, we aim to create a traditional Chinese medicine health and wellness tourism base; Establishing overseas traditional Chinese medicine hospitals/rehabilitation centers in Australia, serving the local community and providing a demonstration for the internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine; Establish an academic and talent exchange mechanism, set up a "China Australia Traditional Chinese Medicine Collaborative Working Group", and promote expert visits, training, and scientific research cooperation.

Executive Chairman Chen Qizhuang pointed out in the summary that this meeting clearly defined the strategic direction and potential landing projects of China Australia cooperation. Both sides have complementary advantages in policy, scientific research, capital, culture, and implementation. In the future, they will focus on promoting three tasks: drafting a memorandum of intent (MOU) for cooperation, organizing and forming a project list, establishing a "China Australia Traditional Chinese Medicine Collaborative Working Group", and fully promoting the implementation of specific pilot projects to help traditional Chinese medicine achieve higher quality development on the international stage.
