On March 28, 2025, the Australian Chinese Medicine Association announced important personnel appointments in Sydney: officially appointing Mr. Su Xinfeng, Chairman of the Australia China Chamber of Commerce, as Honorary President, and Mr. Chen Weisheng, Vice Chairman of the Association, as Honorary President. The two sides of this cooperation will promote the internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine through resource sharing. The two sides will carry out in-depth cooperation in cross-border trade, traditional Chinese medicine cultivation, investment in the big health industry, and cultural exchanges.

Dr. Chen Jianchao, President of the Australian Chinese Medicine Association, pointed out in his speech that President Su Xinfeng has long been committed to promoting economic, trade, and cultural exchange between Australia and China, and has achieved remarkable results in integrating traditional Chinese culture into Australia's diverse society. The development of traditional Chinese medicine in Australia requires cross disciplinary collaboration, and Chairman Su's ability to integrate resources in the overseas Chinese and business sectors will provide new opportunities for industry breakthroughs. He also emphasized that Vice Chairman Chen Weisheng's extensive network and investment experience in the business community will help the Chamber of Commerce expand into emerging fields such as traditional Chinese medicine health management and cross-border e-commerce.

This appointment marks the deep integration of the Australian traditional Chinese medicine industry and industrial and commercial capital. In the future, the Chamber of Commerce will rely on Chairman Su Xinfeng's strategic vision and Chen Weisheng's business network to build an international ecosystem of traditional Chinese medicine that combines cultural heritage, technological empowerment, and capital operation, setting a new example for China Australia health industry cooperation.
